Role description

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind building lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they achieve their goals and unlocking growth opportunities. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through our platform while providing strategic insights to maximize their success.

This role combines the art of relationship building with the science of data analysis. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers by tracking their health scores and identifying trends. You’ll implement actionable plans to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

You’ll work autonomously while collaborating with teams like Product, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to maximize customer value. Your ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, and deliver solutions will make you a key player in our team.

The ideal candidate is a B2B SaaS professional with a deep understanding of customer success metrics and data-driven decision-making and someone who thrives on turning challenges into actionable solutions.

What you’ll do

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of your customer portfolio, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Track key SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, expansion revenue, retention rates, etc.) to identify risks and opportunities
  • Analyze client data to identify growth opportunities in revenue generation and customer retention.
  • Provide exceptional day-to-day support to our customers.
  • Write engaging and helpful articles to guide customers through our platform.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Steering Committees to provide actionable insights and strategic advice.
  • Track and monitor customer health scores, creating action plans to improve and sustain them.
  • Be a powerhouse contributor to our Product Team, offering customer-driven insights to improve our platform.
  • Organize impactful customer events, with full control over budgets and logistics.

Project Management:

  • Plan and execute projects on monthly and quarterly timelines.
  • Take full responsibility for processes and projects, ensuring their success from start to finish.

What we’re looking for:

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS as a Customer Success Manager
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools
  • Punctual, prepared, and proactive
  • Coachable, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile

Languages:

  • French: Native proficiency.
  • English: Professional proficiency. 
    *our main language at Ambassify is English
  • Dutch: A bonus.
