🌍 What You Will Do
You take commercial ownership of a portfolio of existing SaaS customers.
You will:
- Lead renewal conversations and secure long term agreements
- Drive pricing and contract negotiations
- Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities
- Build a structured expansion pipeline
- Translate customer value into commercial growth
- Take responsibility for revenue performance
You collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success, but you own the commercial outcome.
This is not an administrative role.
This is not passive account management.
This is revenue responsibility.

🧠 Who You Are
You are commercially confident and comfortable being accountable for numbers.
You likely:
- Have 3 to 6 years of experience in SaaS sales or account management
- Have closed renewals and handled commercial negotiations yourself
- Understand retention metrics and expansion strategy
- Are confident discussing pricing and value with decision makers
- Think in revenue impact, not task completion
- Prefer strategic customer conversations over high volume cold outreach
You build strong relationships, but you are not afraid to ask for commitment.
You are motivated by performance, ownership and measurable impact.
