  • Work alongside our clients on engagement plans to boost participation and motivation.

  • Create structured, ongoing user adoption programs for our customers.

  • Managing and measuring the execution of these adoption programs and their related business outcomes.

  • Address performance issues & measure the ROI of digital adoption initiatives.

  • Improving and developing new systems, procedures & good practices to meet changing needs & support continuous improvement.

  • Plan, structure and prioritize work and projects for yourself but most importantly for our customers so they can achieve the objectives within deadlines.

  • Work with organization stakeholders to understand challenges for adoption.
