Strategic thinking and developing creative solutions for complex matters is your forte.
Customer Service is very important to you, however, you’re not afraid to be strict when needed.
Due to prior experience, you have excellent people skills, you understand why and how people react to change.
A strong understanding of business processing, business change & project management.
You have excellent communication and engagement skills – both written and oral.
You’re fluent in English. Another language is a bonus.
You have excellent presentation skills, with the ability to lead and facilitate workshops.
And last but not least, you are organized and detail-oriented.

Identifying which customers might benefit from an adoption program with the Customer Success team members.
Work alongside our clients on engagement plans to boost participation and motivation.
Create structured, ongoing user adoption programs for our customers.
Managing and measuring the execution of these adoption programs and their related business outcomes.
Address performance issues & measure the ROI of digital adoption initiatives.
Improving and developing new systems, procedures & good practices to meet changing needs & support continuous improvement.
Plan, structure and prioritize work and projects for yourself but most importantly for our customers so they can achieve the objectives within deadlines.
Work with organization stakeholders to understand challenges for adoption.
